FINANCIAL CLASSES
I wanted to admit that I do hate some people in my class sometimes. Hmm... to use the word "hate" is too strong, I shall use "dislike" instead.
These batch of people belonged to the snobbish but smart group. They are pretty noisy and inconsiderate in class. Not only they are noisy, their endless loud chattering disturbed the rest of the classmates trying to solve the financial problems in tutorials (including me).I just wished that they can lower down their voices.
Bought the Sharp brand financial calculator for $49.90. Specially used for only financial problems in determining present, future values, PMT, mortgages etc. It is quite a fast & useful tool... I felt no longer lagged behind in class. Strangely I love Maths,formulas & equations... but I HATE balance sheets (no matter wat I do, credit & debit wont balance!!!)I am poor in handling my own BUDGET, as a result, I seemed to overspend most of the time.
So guys, I can't be a good housewife, I can't handle your accts, just for yr kind information.

Allie saw Noah's sale of the house (with Noah pic) in the papers and went back to look for him. She reconciled with him and realised that Noah was the person missing in her life.... and she gave up the enagagement with the rich man. However, Allie suffered from Parkinson disease when she was becoming old... before her condition got any worse, she asked her husband Noah to read their love story to her when she forgets so Noah can "bring her back"... Noah suffered from severe heart problems but he endured the sufferings just to stay with his beloved wife in the nursing home. Allie's condition got worse.... eventually both of them embraced in the sleep and died together.... sob...sob.. :( 
So Noah initiated the breakup and Allie and her family left the town to somewhere near Allie's school the next day. Noah was not able to forget Allie, so he wrote her letters everyday, 365 letters in a year... and the letters never get to her as the usual plot goes, the mum confiscated them. World War 2 steps in and Noah went for the war in Europe. He came back, known his dad sold the house, and gave him the money to purchase the house he really wanted... the house where Noah planned to stay with Allie. While planning to build the house, Noah saw Allie once again in town and was hurt and disappointed that Allie was engaged with a rich & handsome man. He went mad and worked non-stop to rebuild the house...
In the story, Noah fell in love with Allie deeply at first sight. After a continous courtship, Allie agreed to go out with him and slowly both were deeply in love. True love never run smooth as the boy was not rich and Allie's parents wanted their wildful daughter to be married to someone of the same status. They considered their relationship as a summertime's fling and asked Noah to give up Allie in order not to ruin her life in future.

I felt so tired and strengthless...
Why am I still here when everyone is going to leave?
I slogged to work, bought breakfast to eat at my table every morning. Attended to endless meetings in the mornings then crawl back to my place to finish up the remaining work. Everyday, I am doing other people's work.. left little time to do my work... why???? Why are there people who can go home on time? Am I slow or something?
Rush here & there... Attended to endless comments from Boss... I really start to hate this kind of lifestyle. But what to do? This is LIFE, the dreadful & terrifying life we are living in.
You wanna escape? Can u? Do u have rich parents to support u? Do u have a rich boyfriend/husband to feed u? What is Freedom? I dun have wings, I can't fly. Unless God change me into a bird (which means I have to feed on worms everyday) then I can fly to places I love to be. You wan freedom, u got to starve. You wan money, then u have to work.
But I really need to take a break.

Busy… Busy… Busy…
I have been busy these few days.
Caught the movie, “Closer” with Evon & Wenqing, it is SO DRAMATIC!! Yes, it is definitely a movie for adults. The movie has strong language on SEX, cybersex, sex dialogues, arguments in sex.. etc.
My intention of watching this show was all because of Jude Law. This heart-throb has made my heart sank in deep for him ever since I watched “Enemy at the Gates”.
The conclusion: LOVE is a VERY complicated thing; sometimes being in love doesn’t mean you can be together. (Julia Roberts) Anna fell in love with Dan (Jude Law) in the first sight, Dan felt the same way too for her, but he was in love with Alice (Natalie Portman) first. He chose Anna because she was smarter, charismatic and I felt he despised Alice’s job as a waitress and ex-stripper. He dumped Alice, and Alice went back her old job as a stripper who is TOO angelic being one. However, Dan is a selfish lover, in the end, he was dumped by Anna and also by Alice.
One thing that puzzled me is why din Alice told Dan her REAL name as Jane, instead she plucked a name from the dead as “Alice”…. Why did she give her real name to Larry (Clive Owen), Anna’s husband? Is it because Larry gave her money to say so? She loves money more?
Anyway, I kind of enjoyed the movie.

Yes... ?? Where was I...? Sorry, I got so engrossed with the quizes.
The episode does on..
I wanted to look for a new wardrobe, study table & a TV rack for my new bedroom. As told in the last episode, I was asked to move to the study room. My uncle will help to repaint the wall, asking which colour I wanted too... (so touched..) Anyway, I have been planning to buy new furniture for myself, as most of the furniture are collected downstairs where people throw away during festive seasons. <-- sounded cheap skate rite, but wat to do, save money mah..
Went window-shopping at Carefour after work, was expecting to see better offers there. No doubt the furniture were cheaper, but they are pretty flimsy, looks like about to rot soon after using for 1 year. Plus, there will be free delivery for purchases above $200!! The only problem is you'll have to assemble the parts yr self back home. Was told by the staff that they will provide chargeable services in helping you to assemble, I guess for this case, the wardrobe will be a problem to me as it will be quite big.
I have not purchased anything yet, still sourcing for better options. Like Boss said, have more ample time to find out prices, different qualities then do an analysis on the comparables... oh no.. kena brain-washed by his words again. Went to look at Courts, the staff looked half dead, so I just browsed around without enquiring anything.
I'll probably visit Ikea too in the weekends(crossing my fingers..). Heard from friends that the furniture's quality slightly better.
Oh no, guess wat I had for my dinner... fast food!! I already promised myself not to touch them again for this week, planned to go for the fat reducing program. My fat content is 18.9%, though it is on the safe side (<27%), I just feeling so "meaty" everytime I wear clothes. That explained why I need a new wardrobe!!!!
There is this very rude encounter I had at McDonalds. This gal (crew leader) was talking very loudly to her crew.. somehow like shouting and commanding them to do things. She got frustrated and bossy also... feeling pretty uncomfortable seeing her shouting like that, then she kept apologising to customers bec of her shouting. It was kind of amusing, like fish market. Think the crew leader should go for some training course in customer service too..
