I hurt my rite wrist~ :(

1) Carried 10kg of library books that Sat
2) Played Basketball without "locking" my wrist that day
3) Carried 10kg of groceries


Went to pharmacy to get these elastic bandages... I really looked injured =p

It really reminded me of my secondary school days where we wore the bandages during gym practises, we were told to protect our wrists and ankles. We were also forced to do handstands for 5min on the wall during "conditioning"...

It seemed that as we grew older, we are more vulnerable to injury. Back then, we were not afraid of anything... I remembered I've sprained my ankle, toes ... numerous times, even neck strains during somersaults, head-rolls.

I've got to think abt what sport is suitable for me at this age now.
