The Problem with Circulars

When you type a long, comprehensive circular, tenants may not read it all.
And your Management says your circular should not be too long.

But they expect you to explain more things to tenants in the circular.

So which is which? Keep it long or keep it short?

Long, pple dun wanna read, but it contains pertinent information.

Short, pple say you are not explaining enough.

I'm trapped again... sigh...
