Just had a 1 day trip to Kukup with my company on sat.

It was a raining day... I overslept!!! woke up at 715am which i was supposed to be there at 730am. It was bec of the relaxing body massage yesterday with my sis.... I took a taxi there... and voila... not all are there.

We took the small bus to JB for a hearty breakfast. Everyone was keen and exited for the trip as I guess most of us has not been to Kukup before. It was a fishing village at the coast of Malaysia, where you find most fishing families there. One of my friend, Chloe lived there..

After the hearty breakfast, we moved on to the next destination. (was supposed to stop at the prawn cracker factory, but it was not opened yet) We stopped by a shop selling malaysian tibits and stuff.. (prawn crackers, sweets, tapioca chips etc). Bought some and we continued the journey after that. So surprised that Joey (colleague) dunno wat Tongkat Ali is... haha.. she is already a mother.... and she replied that her husband do not need Tongkat Ali..........- __-III

It was still drizzling when we reached the next destination, the Orchid Plantation. They provide us the train to travel around to see the flowers... and the lovely landscape of the whole plantation. Took quite alot of pics also.

Then we moved on to the next place, Kukup. We took the boat to the Kelong to see the different types of fishes... and animals... 2 dogs & 3 cats. The dosg worked in the day, barking at those boats that passed by and the cats just lazed around taking their nap. I guessed it was shift basis, they will be working at night to catch mice? I dunno whether can swim...

Kukup's seafood, however was not so fantastic like I thought. The service was... bad... and the crab's small.... and not meaty... they also owed us fruits for the desert... :( The later trip to the fruit plantation was a "joke"... sadly and disappointedly... I see nothing there...

Shopping in JB (City Square) was one of the most enjoyable event. We left only an hour to shop, and the group of us dispersed to our own findings... I sent to search for some dvds and PS2 games...

Our last trip was to a place called Sentosa for dinner... Sentosa in Johor... Hmmm... Joey introduced a char guai tiao called "Moonlight"..basically a plate of fried guai tiao, with a raw egg on top... it was yummy!!!

The journey back to Spore was the worst... JB's customs was the worst... So crowded with pple.. and those Chinese tourists :( They jumped queue all the way and spoke loudly like the place owned by them...

So far so good, reached home, feeling tired but glad that was over... :)
